Spring Mini: The Bock Family

Usually, I reserve my Spring mini sessions for Mamas and their little ones for mother’s day portraits. However, with the move, I decided to open my mini sessions for anyone who wanted to sign up. I was thrilled to see so many returning families sign up! I loved having the opportunity to get to photograph such sweet friends again. It’s been such a tug on my heart having to leave so many dear people that have entrusted me with such important life moments over the years. I don’t think I’ll ever be ok with having to leave my wonderful families. We had to spread out our sessions over the course of the weekend due to rain and wind. But the moments that we did have for photos, were absolutely gorgeous! Using these tools that God has given me to photograph such wonderful people in such a beautiful season was such an honor! I hope you enjoy these sneak peaks.

The last time I photographed this family, these boys were a lot shorter and more “kid” looking. It’s crazy what a few years can do! Now they look like such young men. I was excited to see the Bock family again before we left Missouri. They served as the our “landlords” for Stephen and I when we were newlyweds. We were young, lost in love, and living it up in a tiny house in a tiny town. We will always be thankful for having a place to land after the wedding. I’m thankful for them and I am excited to see what the future holds for their family and these two growing boys. Enjoy!
